Nomincashout
Nomincashout is a ptc site which pays through paypal and alertpay. For paypal it has no minimum cashout but for alertpay it is $1. I had requested 24 cents from there into my paypal account. Today I got it. At the time of cashout it said that the next payout will be at $1 minimum. So, here is my payment proof.
