Nomincashout
For the time being nomincashout has changed some of its rules in a night. It says, it will prefer and pay to those who will upgrade their account with $1.99. I think this is the way they are going to manage their loss if they are having any. But i am trying to be optimistic and am clicking the ads until they will pay. Hope they start paying us too very soon and not turn into a scam.
I have been paid twice from this paid to click i.e, ptc site. The first payout can be withdrawn at any amount. But then the minimum payouts are restricted to some amounts.
